Personal Kiatsu® School
Located in Tigard with easy freeway access, the Personal Kiatsu School offers a seminars and classes in Kiatsu® and the application of Ki principles to health. The school includes a large practice area and dressing rooms. Ample parking is available in our adjacent parking lot.
In addition to local classes, the school runs satellite programs in Eugene (Oregon), Vancouver (British Columbia), Orange County (California), and the United Kingdom.

Prevent your Headaches and MigrainesThis new class is based on proven techniques to reduce the severity and frequency of headaches and migraines. In a peer-reviewed published study, 50% of the participants became migraine-free. 90% had a significant reduction in migraine episodes.
Periodically there are 4-week introductory courses held on Wednesday evenings. Please check our full calendar for details.

All Kiatsu instructors are certified by Ki Society Headquarters in Japan.
Calvin Tabata
Chief Instructor of Personal Kiatsu School, Kiatsu Lecturer, Chief Instructor of the Northwest Ki Federation, Ki Lecturer, Okuden in Ki Development, Shin Shin Toitsu Aikido 8th Dan, teaching in the Northwest since 1970. Tabata Sensei has learned Ki Principles and Kiatsu directly from Founder Koichi Tohei his entire life including training in the Kiatsu Clinic and School at Ki Society HQ in Japan. In cooperation with Koichi Tohei Sensei, he established the Personal Kiatsu School in 1993.
